Pipelines to Leadership
Project VOYCE appreciates the local & national invitations we receive to help foster and facilitate youth political activism and engagement, where we can take youth to lead transformational sessions, extend their connections, and experience other places within the world! While we are invited to attend upcoming conferences, both local and national, we look to our surrounding community(s) to help us sponsor students so that they have endless opportunities of traveling and cultivating becoming a global citizen, free of charge.
Please check out our current opportunities below and different ways you can help sponsor a student!

We are fundraising for $3,000 to sponsor 3 Project VOYCE youth who are integral in the planning and execution of digital storytelling as well as the planning and execution of workshops held by Project VOYCE.
The young people who are trained, employed and with whom Project VOYCE organizes, all identify as low-income youth of color who are the most affected by education injustice.
Specific youth leaders who will be involved in planning and execution of the of the workshop, "Controlling the Narrative: Digital Storytelling as a tool for Research and Resistance", include: Nancy Palacios, 16, Jericha Thomas, 16, and Savion Harris, 17.
Free Minds, Free People is a national conference presented by the Education for Liberation Network that brings together teachers, young people, researchers, parents, and community-based activists/educators from across the country to build a movement to develop and promote education as a tool for liberation.
