Jr. CEO’s
The Jr. CEO’s Program equips middle-school students with the confidence, social-emotional skills, and leadership abilities they need to succeed in school and in life.
Designed to be fun, engaging, and hands-on, this program introduces youth to real-world leadership concepts such as communication, self-awareness, teamwork, problem-solving, and basic entrepreneurship.
Students participate in interactive challenges, reflection activities, and every-other-week group therapy led by a licensed clinician to strengthen emotional wellness, coping skills, and peer relationships.
By the end of the program, students walk away with stronger self-confidence, healthier decision-making, and the belief that they have the power and voice to lead in their classrooms, families, and communities.
The program is facilitated by certified Franklin Covey – 7 Habits trainers who intentionally weave the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens into every session to help students build strong character, positive habits, and real-world leadership skills.

Serves as the middle-school bridge into the CEO’s high-school tier, ensuring students continue developing leadership, confidence, and advocacy over multiple years.

Every-other-week therapy and journaling provides early SEL support, helping students build emotional vocabulary, self-regulation, and healthier peer interactions.

Reflection sheets and take-home prompts allow families to discuss leadership lessons at home, reinforcing positive behavior, communication, and confidence beyond the classroom.
