Project VOYCE is partnering with Aurora Public Schools to offer our Seed2Lead Program, an inspiring 8-week after-school program that brings leadership to life for 4th and 5th graders.
The program is facilitated by certified Franklin Covey – 7 Habits trainers who intentionally weave the 7 Habits into every session to help students build strong character, positive habits, and real-world leadership skills.
#1 - Be Proactive
#2 - Begin with the End in Mind
#3 - Put First Things First
#4 Think Win-Win
#5 - Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood
#6 - Synergize
#7 - Sharpen the Saw

Through creative, play-based learning like art projects, building challenges, and storytelling, students plant the seeds of equitable leadership that help them recognize their voice, value teamwork, and take-action for positive change.
The program serves as a feeder into Project VOYCE’s Jr. CEO’s initiative, ensuring continuity in youth leadership development from elementary through middle school.
Each session cultivates confidence, communication, and compassion, empowering young leaders to grow strong roots in equity and community impact.
