PROGRAM PURPOSE
LeadeHERship is a 2-day immersive workshop co-designed by Project VOYCE and The Queue to equip young women ages 13–18 with the tools, confidence, and community to lead with equity, authenticity, and compassion.
Through reflective sessions, leadership development, and holistic wellness practices, participants will learn how to own their voice, challenge inequity, and navigate their paths as young women leaders. This collaboration bridges PV’s equity and advocacy expertise with The Queue’s focus on empowerment and belonging, while cultivating not only future leaders, but flourishing women who uplift their communities.
